Here's what our Just Furnishings package entails:

  1. Collaborative Design Process: We'll work closely with you to understand your unique style, preferences, and functional requirements. Through detailed discussions, we'll develop a concept that aligns with your vision, ensuring the space reflects your family's personality and promotes togetherness.

  2. Comprehensive Furniture Design: Our expertise extends beyond furniture selection to encompass the entire furnishing design process. We'll assist you in choosing the perfect furniture pieces, window treatments, art selections, and more. Our aim is to create a cohesive and visually captivating space that caters to your family's needs.

  3. Transparent Investment Structure: We understand that each interior design project is tailored to meet specific client requirements, and thus, the investment amount will vary. At the contract signing, you'll receive complete transparency regarding the full investment amount. Together, we'll establish an investment budget for furnishing selections. To initiate the design process, we require a minimum design fee of $5,000, along with a minimum investment amount of $25,000 for furnishings.

  4. Detailed Design Deliverables: As part of the Just Furnishings package, you'll receive a range of design deliverables, including:

    • Floor plan(s) that outline the arrangement and placement of furniture within each space, ensuring optimal flow and functionality.

    • Inspiration board(s) that visually convey the design concept and overall aesthetic direction, giving you a clear vision of the intended outcome.

    • A line-item Investment Amount (Budget) dedicated to furniture, which will be presented for your approval.

    • Minor finish selections, if necessary, to ensure that the furniture design harmonizes with existing architectural elements and finishes.

    • Detailed floor plans and relevant custom drawings that provide precise guidelines for implementation and installation.

    • Each item will be presented with comprehensive details, allowing you to review and approve each selection.

    • Proposals created by Room, not by item, will be tailored to your specific Investment Amount. Once approved, we'll handle the purchasing process through CLE Studio, ensuring a seamless experience.

    • Upon completion of the construction process, our team will oversee the installation and styling of the furnishings, creating a beautifully curated space that perfectly complements your home.

With our Just Furnishings package, you can expect a thoughtfully designed and harmonious interior space, expertly curated to suit your family's needs and style. Let us help you create an inviting and inspiring environment that enhances your everyday living experiences.

FAQ

  1. What if there is something I am not excited about in the design? Can we change it? Yes, we have 1 change included in the design phase but if you collect all the things you want to change and give it to me at one time then I will include it. My goals is to blow you away and get to know you so well that what I show you is more then you could have imagined.

  2. Can you work with furniture I already own? Again, yes and no. I love working with family heirlooms and pieces that are treasure to you. But if you have some furniture that you just don’t quit like but don’t want to replace it, “so can you just make it work?” Then the answer is no. Forcing something to work is never the right answer. Instead bless someone else and donate it.

  3. I have a beautiful new home but need help with furniture, do we have to look at finishes? I suggest reviewing paint, flooring, hardware, and lighting to ensure the flow cohesively with your design goals. If everything is working harmoniously then great. If it is not inline with your design goals then lets make some minor selections.
