Our Full Service Design package is our signature offering, designed to provide you with a stress-free and personalized experience in creating your dream home. From the moment the contract is signed, we dive into the exciting process of bringing your vision to life.

• Comprehensive Design Process:

  • We begin by asking detailed questions and engaging in discussions to understand your style, preferences, and functional requirements.

  • I work closely with you to develop a unique and tailored concept, ensuring it reflects your personality, lifestyle, and multi-generational living needs.

  • We delve into every aspect of the design, including floor plans, finishes, lighting, hardware, furniture, window treatments, and more, to create a cohesive and bespoke custom design exclusively for you.

• Transparent Investment Structure:

  • As each interior design project is customized to meet your specific needs, the investment amount varies based on the scope and complexity of the project.

  • To provide clarity and transparency, we operate on a flat fee structure for all designs. At the contract signing, you will have a clear understanding of the full investment amount. Once we move to implementation and project management we bill monthly based on estimated hours and then full filled hours.

  • Together, we establish a furniture investment budget to align with your preferences, and you have the final approval before any selections are made.

  • To begin a full service design, we require a minimum design fee of $5,000, along with a minimum furnishing investment starting at $25,000.

• Comprehensive Deliverables:

  • Our design proposals are meticulously crafted by Room for design services, ensuring a comprehensive and detailed plan tailored to your project.

  • We provide inspiration boards that vividly convey the concept and overall project direction, giving you a tangible vision of your future home.

  • You'll receive a line-item Investment Amount (Budget) dedicated to furniture, which will be presented for your approval before proceeding.

  • We present you with a full selection package, including detailed presentations for each space, incorporating materials, finishes, colors, and furnishings.

  • Our package includes floor plans, elevations, and relevant custom drawings, giving you a clear understanding of the spatial layout and design vision.

  • Experience your future home virtually through 2-3 high-quality 3D renderings of key spaces, providing a realistic preview of the final design.

  • Furniture proposals are thoughtfully curated by room, aligning with your Investment Amount, and reviewed by you for final approval before purchasing through our trusted partner, CLE Studio.

  • We handle the procurement of furnishings, window treatments, art, and accessories, ensuring a cohesive and harmonious design scheme.

  • Throughout the entire building process, we work closely with your builder, providing guidance, expertise, and project management support, ensuring a seamless and successful implementation.
